Day One: St. Tammany Parish

Play a morning round at Oak Harbor Golf Club, just north of New Orleans in St. Tammany Parish, before heading to Lake Pontchartrain for a Louisiana fishing experience. Day Three: Patterson

Rise early and charter a boat to the Atchafalaya Basin. Stop at Doiron’s Landing for supplies and snacks, and get ready to catch largemouth bass and crappie — or “sac-a-lait” to the locals. After a morning on the water, head to Patterson and enjoy 18 holes at The Atchafalaya at Idlewild, located in the heart of the Atchafalaya National Heritage Area.

Day Four: Toledo Bend
