The mission of the AMoA is to foster a culturally rich community by engaging, enlightening and inspiring individuals through innovative art experiences. Programing includes: Healthy Living @AMoA, AMoA AfterHours, Adult/Family art classes, teen art club, education outreach, art camps, custom school tours, special needs tours, 2nd Saturday Free Admission, and rotating art exhibitions. Annual events: Louisiana Dragon Boat Races ™, Craft Brews, BBQ, & Blues, and Illume: A New Year's Celebration.
