With the goal of creating spirits for people to enjoy and share with friends, Baton Rouge Distilling opened in 2014 to bring a passion for spirits to your home.

The distillery's concept is to produce small batches of whiskeys, as well as to explore the possibilities of modifying parameters like grain ratio or yeast type and the impact of storage temperature while aging.
