Plum St. Snowballs

It's a New Orleans tradition to have a snoball stand on just about every neighborhood block. Well, in Uptown New Orleans, on the block of Plum Street and Burdette Street (near Tulane University), we have one of those snoball stands! In fact, we're one of the oldest in the city, established in 1945!
