Eunice Cajun Mardi Gras Festival

The Cajun Mardi Gras Festival is Eunice's largest community event of the year with 5 days of Street Dances, Live Music, Cajun Cuisine & Crafts. The music and celebrations begin Friday Afternoon until after the parade rolls out on Tuesday Evening.
