Louisiana Moonshine Festival

The 2nd annual Louisiana Moonshine Festival will be held March 27-28th, 2026 at the Vernon Parish Fairgrounds. There will be more than 15 moonshiners & master distillers, over 45 unique vendors (many coming from out of state), plus numerous veteran support organizations, live music both days from over 15 different musicians and bands including: The Louisiana Yard Dogs (an award winning band, who have played with many Grammy Winning artists and backed Louisiana Legend, Jo-EL Sonnier for many years will be coming to perform on Saturday afternoon. The Mike McKenzie Band, an award winning cover band from North Louisiana will headline Saturday night's show playing a wide variety of popular dance standards and more. You may have seen them at many other festivals throughout the state including the Natchitoches Christmas Celebration. Also Thomas Cain a very popular rising artist from Baton Rouge will headline Friday Night's concert event. The "Louisiana Levee Jam" songwriters series will be another daily feature, hosted by singer/songwriter Micah Kennedy, along with many other "Keeping It Country Live" artists from Louisiana as well as Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois & Wisconsin. Explore Louisiana is bringing the State of Louisiana's mobile welcome center and the United Cajun Navy disaster response team will also be back again too to meet everyone and Friday Night's concert is for United Cajun Navy ! It's MORE than MOONSHINE, it's a FAMILY FRIENDLY celebration of Western Louisiana's "No Man's Land" 2 Day Passes are just $20 and veterans, military and first responders along with family members get in for just $10 at the gate. ALL KIDS 15 and Under are FREE with an adult paid admission so bring the family and stay all day Friday and Saturday.
