Annual Étouffée Festival

The 39th annual Etouffee Festival will be April 23-25th, 2026.

• Thursday, April 23rd is Carnival only 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Friday, April 24th, 2026 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM, featuring music from Nik L Beer Band (5:30-7:30), Clifton Brown & The Rusty Bucket Band (8:00-10:00)
• Saturday, April 25th, 2026 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • Mayor's Cookoff 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
  • Music from Kade Domec & Full Throttle (12:30-2:30), Darryl Gros & High Rollin Band (3:00-5:00), Jake Knott & the Unwound (5:30-7:30), Clay Cormier & The Highway Boys (8:00-10:00)
