Few sounds resonate with the soul of the South like rain on a tin roof. In Baton Rouge, Louisiana’s capital city, Tin Roof Brewing Company produces beverages out of malts and hops that make people smile. A block away from the Mighty Mississippi, Tin Roof crafts beers worthy of the name. An old warehouse near downtown now emits smells of fermentation. Stainless steel cylinders climb to the ceiling amid towers of 12-ounce aluminum vessels meant to supply sustenance to Louisiana’s craft brew fans when full. Tin Roof has four core beers available year-round: Blond Ale, Voodoo American Pale Ale, Paloma Gose and Roadhouse West Coast IPA. The brewery also releases four seasonal beers a year, a variety of limited-time-only brews and many beers packaged or on tap exclusively from the taproom.
