The Patterson

The Patterson is a restored historic private estate in New Orleans, set along the Mississippi River just minutes from the French Quarter. Across four acres and six historic buildings, the property offers a distinctive setting for corporate events, executive retreats, DMC programs, weddings, private celebrations, editorial shoots, film productions, brand campaigns, and overnight estate stays.

The estate includes indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, layered gardens, open lawns, courtyards, Seaport Hall, The Patrol House, The Shop, and Quarter House Hotel, with overnight accommodations for up to twenty guests. Guests and production teams can move naturally between historic interiors, garden settings, cocktail spaces, seated dinners, breakout areas, preparation rooms, and overnight accommodations.

Built in 1931 and thoughtfully restored, The Patterson brings together historic architecture, boutique hospitality, privacy, and a strong sense of place. It is designed for gatherings and productions that want more than a ballroom or a single-room venue — a setting where New Orleans culture, design, hospitality, and history can become part of the experience.
