Oldies but Goodies Fest & BBQ Cook-off

West Baton Rouge Convention & Visitors Bureau hosts the "Oldies but Goodies Fest & BBQ cook-off" on the second weekend of September. DAY ONE of the fest is the BBQ cook-off and craft market. Competitors from across the parishes bring their finest BBQ rigs, all the smoke and the flavor in hopes of bringing home cash prizes and bragging rights. Shoppers can explore our craft market and discover homemade items, rare finds and baked goods.

DAY TWO of the fest is our Antique Car Show. Fest goers take a step back in time and stroll through detailed stunning cars from the past as well as food vendors, Hula hoop contest, jitterbug showdowns and live music from "That 70's Band"!
